• Every piece in our workshop is stitched with the highest of standards. Our handwoven textiles sometimes do have manual irregularities and fading of natural dyes. They are not defects. A slight fading is the property of natural dye and the beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Indian tradition and handmade processes are prone to unevenness, giving it a unique characteristic.
• We take great care in the packaging of our products. If the package you have received is in the bad condition, or if it has been tampered or damaged before delivery, we recommend you to refuse to accept the package and kindly return it to the delivery person.
• However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. Once we receive the package at our studio, and the garment is found to be in a satisfactory condition, your refund will be issued within 10 days or a brand new replacement will be sent back to you at no additional cost. Kindly make sure that the original product tag and the garment’s packaging is as it is when you've received it. We will confirm you about your refund through email. If the garment does not meet the conditions described, it will be sent back to you. 

 

Kindly note that the garments purchased from sale, made to order pieces, masks, scrunchies, stole, dupatta, saree, bag, batwa, pocket square, jewellery are on a no return/exchangeable policy.
